My role is to lead and drive all aspects of UI design, research, workflows, and architecture of an all-in-one B2C Travel Booking Engine and Mid-Back Office Portal (TRAX). Led end-to-end redesign of a Pratra website to enhance both desktop and mobile responsiveness, which included sprint planning, strategy sessions with developers, resulting in a 70% reduction in time and costs. Re-designed wireframes and interactive mockup prototypes to simplify complex problems within Pratra's tours package portal, where I improved the UI/UX efficiency by a 50% reduction in taps and time.
