We are a couple who independently read your manuscript as genuine readers not editors trying to rewrite your story. You'll receive two different reading experiences, giving you a clearer picture of how your story may connect with readers.

Will Max and Ella give the same feedback?
Not necessarily, and that’s the value of having two readers. We read independently, so you may receive different reactions, observations, questions, and perspectives. Where we agree, it can help highlight areas that deserve attention.
What kind of feedback will I receive?
We focus on the reader experience, including characters, plot, pacing, dialogue, emotions, clarity, engagement, confusing moments, inconsistencies, and areas that may need strengthening. Our feedback is honest, specific, and constructive.
Can you beta read manuscripts over 30,000 words?
Yes! Please message us before ordering if your manuscript is over 30,000 words. We’ll be happy to discuss the word count, requirements, turnaround time, and the best option for your project.
