Koala is an Australian furniture brand known for simple, modern home products sold mostly online. Their website is a big part of how they sell, manage customers, and keep people coming back. they needed help making their website easier for customers to use and to manage and set up their membership and account areas for returning customers I was hired and I supported their website structure and assisted setup with membership and account areas for returning customers, making sure logins, forms, and restricted content worked properly, then I also helped them improve their overall site flow so visitors could find products and offers more easily. After working on the project for eight months, their website was already seeing results; All visitors stayed longer on the site, customers could manage their accounts without issues, and product pages became easier to find, leading to better engagement and a smoother overall website experience.
