Hi, I'm Vlad an architecture student passionate about turning building plans into vivid, photorealistic images.
I offer professional exterior architectural rendering using Lumion, specializing in residential houses, buildings, and park/landscape visualizations.
Whether you already have a 3D model ready for rendering or need one built from scratch using your sketches, floor plans, or reference photos I have a package for both:
Basic render only, if you already have a 3D model
Standard I build the full 3D model and render it
Premium full modeling, more renders, plus an animated walkthrough video
Every render includes realistic environment, furniture and people for scale, and full texturing & lighting.

Do I need to send you a 3D model?
Not necessarily. If you already have one (SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or Revit format), choose the Basic package. If not, I'll build the full 3D model for you in the Standard or Premium package.
What file formats do you accept?
SketchUp (.skp), ArchiCAD, Revit or others
Do you offer interior renders?
Currently I focus on exteriors, but feel free to message me with your project
What if I need more revisions than included?
Extra revisions can be added — just message me before or during the order.
