This "German" freelancer had to create a simple model based on a 3D scan of a robot head and many references. The last-minute delivery was absolutely incorrect, as if no references had been seen at all. No usable deliverables were produced, and "Carol" was uncooperative, wanting to retain 30% of the payment, but support ruled this out.
