Our company BBRtechnologies is a product development firm with two decades of experience in reverse engineering existing products and technologies for the purposes of innovation and reproduction. Our engineering team includes backgrounds in electrical, mechanical, and biomedical engineering, as well as PCB design and schematic layouts. Using a combination of technologies and engineering methods, we can accurately reproduce any item or object, including simple and stationary components, as well as complex electrical and mechanical assemblies.

Our typical process for a reverse engineering project is to have the item physically shipped to us for reverse engineering and modeling. We will generate 3D models to specification, including (if applicable) printed circuit board production files (gerber files). We will accurately model each element and the entirety of your product/assembly, and digitally deliver all the relevant production files, and we are also able to physically produce a functional physical prototype to specification.
