Completed the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, with a capstone project centered on a real-world bike-share analysis using Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib) and SQL in Jupyter Notebook. Analyzed millions of ride records from Cyclistic's bike-share system and uncovered key business insights: casual riders took significantly longer trips and rode mostly on weekends for leisure, while annual members rode shorter, more frequent trips on weekdays for commuting purposes. Identified peak usage hours throughout the day, the most popular start and end stations, and clear seasonal trends showing higher ridership in warmer months. These findings were used to recommend targeted marketing strategies to convert casual riders into annual members. Cleaned and transformed raw datasets by handling missing values, removing duplicates, fixing inconsistent formatting, and engineering new columns for deeper analysis. Produced four data visualizations and a summary CSV, then published an interactive Tableau dashboard to Tableau Public presenting all findings in a clear, business-ready format. Currently pursuing the IBM Data Engineering Professional Certificate (Data Warehouse specialization), building skills in ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and cloud platforms including BigQuery and GCP.
