▪️ I led a multidisciplinary team of developer mentors, designers and digital media specialists to implement the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crimes' (UNODC) Coding4Integrity hackathon in Nigeria. ▪️ My work helped Nigeria record the highest number of programmers and data scientist applicants across the continent (about 1,700 applicants) and our mentorship group produced the second best team from Nigeria. ▪️ Developed and managed alongside the technical mentors technical workshops and mentoring sessions for participants, focusing on ethical coding practices, project management, and innovation in tech, directly contributing to the enhanced quality of project submissions. ▪️ The winning team presented their idea at the Conference of State Parties (COSP) in Sharm El-Sheik in Egypt.
