What files will I receive after ordering?
You'll get Gerber files, drill files, schematic, BOM, Pick & Place, 2D images, 3D renders, and STEP files — fully formatted for JLCPCB and PCBWay. Everything your manufacturer needs to produce your board immediately.
Can you design PCBs for ESP32, STM32, or Arduino?
Yes. I regularly design PCBs for ESP32, ESP8266, STM32, Arduino, and RP2040. From simple IoT sensor nodes to full development boards with USB, SPI, I2C, and UART — I handle schematic design and PCB layout start to finish.
Do you use Altium Designer or KiCad?
I work in Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, and Proteus. I can continue an existing project in your preferred tool and deliver native files plus Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place, and STEP exports with every order.
Are Gerber files compatible with JLCPCB and PCBWay?
Every design is reviewed against JLCPCB and PCBWay DFM guidelines before delivery. Clearances, drill sizes, and copper weights are all verified. For JLCPCB assembly, I also prepare BOM and CPL files in their required format.
Can you start from a rough idea or hand-drawn schematic?
Yes. Share your concept, block diagram, or reference circuit and I'll build a complete schematic first, get your approval, then move to PCB layout. You stay in control before any Gerber files are generated.
Do I need a multilayer PCB for my project?
If your design has high component density, high-speed signals, or needs dedicated power and ground planes — yes. STM32, USB hubs, HDMI, and RF modules typically need 4+ layers. Message me and I'll advise the right stackup.
How should I place my order correctly?
Message me before ordering. Share your circuit purpose, component count, layer preference, board size, and target fab. I'll confirm the right package and timeline so your PCB design is scoped correctly from day one.
How many revisions do you offer?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. Revisions cover layout changes, trace rerouting, component repositioning, and DRC fixes. Major scope changes may require a separate order.
Can you reverse engineer an existing PCB?
Yes. Share photos or partial documentation of your existing board and I'll reconstruct the schematic and create a clean, updated PCB layout. Useful for legacy hardware, discontinued boards, or redesigns needing improvement.
What makes your PCB designs production-ready?
Every layout passes DRC and ERC checks, clearance verification, and DFM review against fab-house rules. Via sizes, silkscreen, copper-to-edge spacing, and impedance are all checked so your board works on the first spin.
