Do I need to send a ready 3D file?
Yes. This gig is pure printing only — you must provide a clean STL or 3MF file.
What file formats do you accept?
STL and 3MF are best.
Can you print more than 5 hours?
Yes — longe prints may trigger a higher price.
How accurate is the color matching?
Very good with the Prusa XL’s 5 extruders (~6 seconds transition time), but exact color depends on the filaments I have in stock. I will confirm colors before printing.
Do you provide the source G-code?
Yes, on request.
What if my file needs small fixes?
Small orientation or support adjustments are free. Anything bigger counts as a revision or requires the design gig.
Can I choose special materials (flexible, carbon fiber, etc.)?
Yes — especially in the Premium package. Just tell me in the order message.
How long is the delivery time?
See the package times. I usually start printing the same day I receive the file. Based on the nature of FDM Printing - the large the object, the more processing time is needed.
