To provide online coaching, I would start by analyzing each player’s skill level and playstyle. I would ask them to provide demos from their matches and identify their main mistakes, as well as the areas that need improvement. During a coaching session, I would review important moments from the match together with the player and explain why a certain decision was good or bad. I would focus on aspects such as aim, movement, crosshair placement, positioning, utility usage, game sense, and decision-making. The sessions could be conducted through Discord and screen sharing, while the player’s progress could be monitored from one session to another. I would provide constant feedback and adjust the training plan based on the player’s development. My goal would not simply be to tell the player what to do, but to help them understand the game and learn how to make better decisions on their own.
