I gave Bappi a set of requirements, which he reviewed. He asked a few questions which I answered. He then set to work and demonstrated part-way thru the project what he was building. Which I approved. He then completed the work and delivered what I had asked for. Process was smooth; I really liked his approach. Bappi delivered a great product
