Sobre mim
I have been a BodyTalk (BT) practitioner (practicing student) since 2006 and member of the IBA since 2007. BT is an integrative, energy/consciousness based modality that addresses imbalances or dis-eases of the mind/body/spirit. Utilizing integration of concepts/ideologies from both Eastern and Western medicine, BT is a truly holistic modality. BT engages with the innate wisdom of the client's body to determine the most idyllic priorities for balancing and healing; your own natural healing processes are enhanced so you can function mentally/physically/spiritually at an optimal level.

My session was very accurate. I am very happy with the results. Bret touched on parts that I had not given him information about, but it still showed as a priority. I definitely will be back. Thank you so much!

My gratitude for Bret's work knows no bounds. His Body Talk sessions are exceptional; he consistently goes the extra mile, listening deeply and addressing areas I didn't even realize needed attention. The results speak for themselves: my body feels more balanced and stronger with each passing day. Beyond...
