I have been working with Intecsa Engineering Group S.A.U. as a Tender Manager, where I am responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding process. My responsibilities include client portal registrations, monitoring and receiving tender invitations, downloading and reviewing tender documents, and preparing complete bid submissions (Technical and Commercial Proposal). I regularly utilize government and procurement platforms such as Etimad, SAP Ariba, and other local procurement portals to identify and manage tender opportunities. I coordinate with multiple internal departments to gather the required technical, commercial, and administrative inputs, ensuring that proposals are compiled in full compliance with tender requirements and the company’s internal standards. I also manage the final submission of bids through client portals, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to submission deadlines. In addition, I am responsible for preparing prequalification documents, as well as developing client presentations and supporting the clients and other relevant stakeholders.

I worked as a Senior Proposal Engineer, where I was involved in the preparation and management of multiple proposals for projects across various international markets. My role required close coordination with internal teams, partners, and clients to support both ongoing and upcoming business opportunities. I was responsible for managing the entire proposal development process (Technical and Commercial Proposal) from initiation to final submission. During my tenure, I was deployed to a World Bank–funded mega project, where my role involved supporting the procurement and allocation of multiple sub-projects to qualified contractors. In this capacity, I was responsible for the development of tender documents, coordinating with the client for their review and approval, and organizing pre-bid meetings with prospective contractors. Following the bidding stage, I managed the bid opening and evaluation process, including the preparation of detailed Bid Evaluation Reports. These reports were then presented to the client for review and approval. Upon receiving approval, the contract was awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with procurement procedures. I was also responsible for preparing the Contract Agreement documents and facilitating contractor mobilization to the project site. For the remainder of my tenure with Mott MacDonald, I worked within the Business Development Department, where my primary responsibility was supporting the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for various infrastructure and development projects.
