Working as a Trainee Instructor and Developer at Hidaya Institute of Science and Technology (HIST), where I support students through practical learning while continuously improving my own technical skills in software and web development. As an Instructor, I assist students with programming concepts, coding exercises, debugging, and hands-on project work. I teach and guide students in Full Stack Web Development covering PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, and Object-Oriented Programming. I also teach WordPress Development including theme customization, plugin configuration, WooCommerce store setup, Elementor page building, Yoast SEO, WPForms, LearnDash LMS, and WPSchoolPress school management solutions. As a Developer, I actively work on software and web development tasks including building database-driven web applications, designing relational MySQL databases, implementing CRUD operations, and integrating front-end and back-end layers. I work with WordPress to build and customize websites based on project requirements, configure plugins, manage user roles, and deliver complete web solutions. I also use AI-assisted development tools for template engineering and apply Git and GitHub for organized and efficient development workflows. This role allows me to strengthen both my teaching and development skills while contributing to a practical, hands-on learning environment.
