Job Description Responsible for the procurement plan, negotiation, budget, sampling, quotation, contract, etc for leasing and self-built project engineering,e-commerce project. Maintained, established and developed supplier channels, maintained quality supplier partnerships to ensure that procurement needs are successfully completed on time. Improved the relevant processes and system building system, internal and external training work in the department. Work Plan Responsible for the (NA, EU, SEA,APEC )region overseas projects and global strategic procurement bidding process implementation and management according to the project development strategy and project construction /e-commerce plan. Implementation of national framework agreement procurement, procurement categories involving office furniture, fine decoration,Home & Living Products.Fashion & Accessories etc. Responsible for office leasing and decoration projects in East China, North China and landmark real estate self-build projects in East China, leasing large projects involving Shanghai Caohejing project, Hongqiao Business Center, Shanghai Science and Technology Oasis, Shanghai Zhang Run project, Hangzhou Starlight, Aili, etc., self-build projects involving Shanghai Yangpu Binjiang shipyard project, Shanghai TISHMAN SPEYER construction project. Projects amount is over 100 million, handled dozens of projects. Key Projects: New York,Singapore project, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Jakarta, Vietnam, Bangkok, etc.
