However, the final deliverables were very basic, lacked creativity, and did not reflect the direction I outlined. The result did not meet my expectations and was work I could have easily done myself.

The communication was poor, and the service felt misleading and unreliable. I feel the promises made in the gig were not genuine. I would not recommend this freelancer.
