Can I ask to revise multiple things when requesting a revision?
It's always best to speak to me first about your inquiries. Generally, a revision is, if you want to change the colour of a section, this is one revision, if you also want to change the font size, this would be classified as another revision. I hope this helps explain it to you.
Do you buy the theme or suggest a theme?
I can certainly advise on the best theme to use for your business. I don't believe we need to recreate the wheel and create a custom theme as majority of themes can be customized. Talk to me about your customizations and we move from there. I hope this helps answer your question.
Why do you take up to 45 days to complete a website?
E-commerce stores shouldn't be rushed. There are so many elements to set up and ensure your store is professionally presented for your business. From my extensive experience, it can take me up to 45 days in a full time capacity to setup a professional ecommerce store.
Are there additional costs involved?
Yes. There are additional costs that are not part of my fees, like: 1. Domain Name Registration 2. Shopify Subscriptions 3. Shopify App Fees and Subscriptions 4. Bank/Eftpos Fees and Charges 5. SSL Certificates These are just a few. If you have any questions, I am happy to help answer them for you
Is a logo or graphic design included?
No, any graphics manipulated or created by me are not included in my fees. If you require this please advise me first so I can quote additionally and appropriately for your job scope.
Is copywrite content included?
No, if you require me to complete copywrite content, this will be a separate charge. Contact me first to discuss your requirements so I can ensure you are quoted correctly.
Why should I choose you, when others are cheaper?
I am available anytime, so you can ask me a question at any time of day or night. I have 15yrs trained experience, I provide quality of work & great customer service. This includes things like prompt turnaround times, flexibility, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet my clients needs.
