Posso te ajudar a criar rotinas saudáveis. E começar com novos hábitos como escrever um diário, respiração consciente, terapia somática e outros.
Posso te ajudar com pensamentos negativos, especialmente quando você tem pensamentos contraditórios. Vamos explorar maneiras de chegar à raiz dessas questões.
Se você é neurodivergente, tem CPTSD ou já passou por abuso narcisista, talvez eu seja a pessoa certa para você.
Talvez a terapia tenha apresentado a você o "trabalho de crenças centrais" ou "reparentalização", por exemplo, mas você precisa de mais ajuda para começar e manter o foco.
