The designer ultimately delivered a working design, and I’m satisfied with the final result. However, the process required a lot of repeated explanations, marked-up images, test prints, and back-and-forth to communicate relatively small revisions. Asif understood the requirements, produced an accurate functional CAD model from the supplied measurements and scan, and provided the STL, STEP and source files as requested. Communication was clear, revisions were handled promptly, and the printed prototype fitted correctly. I would happily work with him again.
