Do you like yourself? Do you find yourself fighting in your head all the time? Do you rarely have energy to do anything?
These are some of the questions we will talk about indepth in our sessions.
As an ICF Certified Coach with 8 years of experience, I'll help you identify the beliefs and thought patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together, we'll work on building self-worth, overcoming self-doubt, developing healthier habits, and creating a more confident, fulfilling life.

What is the process?
Please message me with your exact needs through contact Ash. Then i will recommend the package you can take. After purchase, i will send you my appointment scheduler so that you can book the slot you like. Then we will meet using google meet at the registered time.
What will we do in the sessions?
Our first session will be an exploration session. If you have a topic you would like to discuss, we can begin with that. If you don't have a topic to discuss, we will talk about low self esteem, and start from there. It is best to come to the session prepared with a topic.
Will you judge me?
Absolutely not. ICF coaches are trained not to judge, and create a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space. My goal is to understand your perspective, not criticize it.
Time Policy
It is important to respect each other’s time. If something comes up and you are unavailable at the time you have chosen, the simply choose another time from the schedule and cancel the one booked.
How will we meet? what platform?
I use google meet to meet my clients. The link to the meeting will be in the booking email.

Most likely, yes! Low self-esteem and depression can make you believe you're not good enough or that things will never improve. Together, we'll identify the beliefs and experiences keeping you stuck, and create a practical plan to help you rebuild your confidence and move forward.
