Ashokj89 went over and beyond to restore Windows 11 on my laptop. He worked well throughout the night to resolve several different errors that popped up as he was working. He has great communication, quick response and very knowledgeable.

I asked for a fix at 16.17pm and an hour later we had worked out that the problem was hardware, not software, so though he couldn't fix it we know what the problem is now and that Samsung hardware is the culprit! Very quick and polite service.
