I'm a somatic anxiety coach — the one thing I've ever been fully certain about.
I didn't learn this in a textbook. I survived things that should've taken me out, and turned that into a real skill: awareness. Once you're aware of something, you stop looping in it the same way.
My work: drop out of the spiral in your head, back into your body, where it can move. I'm not fixing you — I'm waking up a part of you that's been asleep.
