I began my journey in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry in 2022 and have grown within the field by learning every aspect of the process from the ground level. Starting as an individual contributor handling day-to-day billing operations, I gradually developed expertise across multiple RCM functions including claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, eligibility verification, prior authorization, and insurance communication. Over the years, I have worked extensively with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance claims while supporting healthcare providers in improving revenue recovery and operational efficiency. My experience has allowed me to understand both the operational and analytical sides of healthcare billing, which has helped me transition into leadership and team management responsibilities. Currently, I hold the position of Assistant Manager, where I oversee team operations, workflow management, productivity tracking, and project performance analysis. My approach has always been strongly data driven. I believe that every project’s performance and financial health can be understood through accurate reporting and detailed analysis. I regularly create operational and analytical reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, detect process gaps, and highlight the key focus areas that require immediate attention. I am highly focused on improving AR performance, reducing denials, increasing clean claim ratios, and optimizing overall revenue cycle processes.
