If you are not a Linux expert or you have searched "How to create Ookla Speed Test Server" on the internet but didn't understand the process, then I will do it for you. Till now I have installed over 200 plus -speed test servers globally.

Below are the requirement to host a Speed Test server. You just need to provide remote access and I will do the rest of the work for you.

Requirements :

Any server or personal computer with a minimum 8Gb RAM,
Quad-Core (4 Core) processor, 2 Core Processor will also work.
Minimum 20 GB HDD or SSD
LAN port should support 1Gbps bandwidth.
1 Gbps upload/download Bandwidth.
1 Public IP For Your Server.
Company website(Must)
A Sub Domain (Example: speedtest.yourcompany.com)
A Company Email For Registration on Ookla.com
Operating System: Ubuntu Linux Latest Version.

Note :

Only chat/email support is available. Response time 30 mins to 1 Hour.
Hosting a speed test server is totally free. I only charge for installation.
