Built a production CRM and AI sales agent for a service business: five lead channels, AI conversations with human takeover, driver dispatch, one-tap renewals, automated documents and payments. The same work runs from a Telegram bot, so staff operate everything from their phone without opening the CRM. I now build the same systems for clients.
