I design, build and deploy production AI automation systems — seven live and running, all built solo from problem framing through deployment and iteration. My work covers the full path most freelancers split across two people: understanding what actually breaks in a client's operation, architecting the system that fixes it, building it, deploying it to cloud infrastructure, and staying with it when something fails under real traffic. What I've built and shipped: - Voice AI receptionist that answers inbound calls in under 3 seconds, qualifies the caller, checks a live calendar mid-conversation and confirms a booking inside 90 seconds — no human on shift - Lead qualification system scoring inbound B2B enquiries on six weighted factors and returning a personalised reply within 90 seconds - Customer retention engine scoring each customer against their own repurchase rhythm across five lifecycle stages, order event to scored and emailed in under 3 seconds - Client relationship health monitor surfacing churn risk months before renewal, scoring across 10 data tables in 33 seconds - Supply chain risk system tracing supplier disruption through the bill of materials to the specific customer orders at risk — first live run surfaced $190,117 in revenue exposure - Resume screening pipeline evaluating a candidate against a job description in 8-12 seconds at roughly $0.05 per run, with personal data stripped before evaluation - B2B prospect intelligence pipeline running bulk enrichment across six data sources with per-prospect research layered on top The decisions that make these work aren't model choices — they're design decisions. Where a human belongs in the loop. When to route on confidence instead of guessing. What the system does when an API rate-limits mid-run, and what it does when it's wrong. Brand identity and social design for 14+ clients across logistics, edtech, fintech and fashion — including Taabi (RPG Group), Bambinos.live (Shark Tank India Season 4), Taxants (Canada) and iProcure (Qatar). My work spanned the full identity process: discovery and positioning, logo and mark design, complete visual identity systems with type and colour, brand guideline documentation, and the ongoing social and campaign assets that keep an identity consistent once it's live. Working across four years and that range of industries meant designing for very different audiences — a B2B logistics platform, a children's education product, an accounting firm and a procurement company each need visual languages that share nothing except discipline. That variety taught me to start from the business problem and the audience rather than from a visual reference, which is the same instinct I now apply to building systems. Deliverables included logo systems and brand marks, visual identity and style guides, social media design systems and campaign assets, pitch and presentation design, marketing collateral, and UI and web design support. I still take on design work alongside my AI systems practice, and the two overlap more than they look — the same judgment about what a user actually needs applies whether you're designing an interface or deciding where a human belongs in an automated workflow.
