Can I get a free sample of my audio before placing an order?
Absolutely! I highly recommend sending me a short clip (30–60 seconds) of your raw audio before ordering. I will provide a free processed sample so you can hear the quality difference before making any commitments.
What file formats should I send, and what will I receive?
Please send your audio in high-quality formats like WAV, AIFF, or MP3. For the final delivery, you will receive fully processed, broadcast-ready WAV (24-bit) and MP3 (322kbps) files, optimized for your specific platform.
My audio has a lot of background noise/echo. Can you completely fix it?
I use advanced spectral repair tools to remove heavy background noise, hum, clicks, and room echo. While I can significantly improve almost any recording, please message me first with a sample so I can evaluate how clean we can get it.
Do you remove "ums," "ahs," stutters, and long pauses?
Yes, editing out filler words, awkward silences, and stutters (surgical dialogue editing) is included in my Standard and Premium packages. If you have a specific request regarding how tight you want the edit, just let me know.
Can you add my background music, intro, and outro?
Yes! I can seamlessly integrate your provided intro, outro, ads, and background music. I also apply professional audio ducking so the music automatically dips when the voice speaks. This is included in the Premium package or available as a Gig Extra.
What if my podcast has multiple speakers recorded on separate tracks?
No problem. My Standard package covers up to 2 separate speaker tracks, and the Premium package covers full multi-track mixing. I will balance, EQ, and sync all speakers so they sound coherent and evenly matched.
Do you master the audio according to platform specifications?
Yes, every project is mastered to industry-standard loudness levels. I master podcasts to -16 LUFS (for Spotify/Apple Podcasts), video audio to -14 LUFS (for YouTube), and I can target specific broadcast standards (like EBU R128) if required.
