How many revisions are included in the price?
Within our price there are 3 revisions included. Each revision gives you the chance to let us know your preferences in terms of the design, layout, furniture, lighting, materials, textures, colours, etc.
How long is your turnaround?
Our turnaround is usually 2 weeks for the first draft, which is when most of the work is done. However, we can do an express delivery with an additional 25% charge on the total order amount, to deliver within 4 days.
How does the payment work?
Full payment is required upon instruction. Your payment stays with fiverr until we deliver the job. When we deliver the job, you can accept the delivery or request an amendment. Once you have confirmed that you are happy with the delivery, after 7 days the funds will be released to us.
Is there any quantity discounts available on this gig?
There are quantity discounts available too. For orders of 5 shots or more, 10% discount, and for orders of 10 shots or more, 15% discount will be applied to the total order amount.
What do you need from us to start the work?
Basically, we can work off of as little as possible. The more information you provide to us, the more accurate the result will be. We can start with as little as just a few photos, but anything like drawings, layouts, sketches, videos, would help us to deliver a better result.
Are you able to provide 2D drawings as well?
Yes, upon your request, we can provide you with 2D DWG/PDF drawings as well, at a nominal price.
What if I only have 2D plans or rough sketches?
No problem. I can create the 3D model for you based on your 2D plans or sketches. Just message me first so I can provide a custom offer including the modelling work.
Can you match a specific style or mood?
Absolutely. Share reference images, moodboards, or even Pinterest links — I’ll match the style, materials, and lighting to your vision.
