Worked on product compliance and safety documentation for Amazon marketplace products across international markets, with hands-on experience supporting the German/EU marketplace and other global markets. • Reviewed product listings and compliance documentation to assess completeness, consistency and alignment with applicable product safety and marketplace requirements. • Reviewed and assessed Safety Data Sheets (SDS), battery documentation, BTS/BTR documents, exemption documentation and other product safety information. • Performed battery-related product classification and documentation checks by reviewing battery specifications, technical information and supporting documentation. • Identified missing, inconsistent or unclear information across product listings and compliance documents and highlighted documentation gaps requiring further action. • Investigated product compliance issues and evaluated when additional documentation, clarification or SME support was required. • Worked across multiple product categories, including batteries, cosmetics, aerosols, medical devices, magnets and other safety-sensitive products. • Applied product safety and compliance requirements with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and prevention of potential compliance and listing risks. • Collaborated with SMEs and internal stakeholders to resolve complex documentation and compliance questions and support process improvements. • Selected to participate in an AI pilot for cosmetic product classification, validating AI-generated classifications against established compliance requirements and providing feedback to improve classification accuracy and workflow effectiveness. Following this experience, I am now providing independent Product Compliance & Regulatory Documentation review and support services to sellers, manufacturers, suppliers, importers and private-label businesses.
