The system uses site-to-site VPN connectivity and a Siemens Desigo Optic front-end platform licensed for 5,000 points. The project involves a full network configuration, device point integration, and graphics development. All routers, cabling, enclosures, software, and manpower are accounted for, with clear assumptions and exclusions stated. Scope Clarifications 1. Scope is limited to VPN network setup, IP addressing, and BACnet/IP integration for 250 devices across 50 remote sites. 2. The quoted system includes desktop switches + routers at all remote sites and VPN routers + firewall routers at the central office. 3. Siemens Open-Platform Desigo Optic software for 5,000 points is licensed and installed only at the central monitoring PC Work Inclusions 4. Router configuration, static IP assignment, and VPN tunnel establishment are included. 5. All device point mapping and graphics development for 5,000 BACnet points are included. 6. One network cabinet with accessories is included at the central site. 7. Each remote site will have a wall-mounted panel to house the router, with basic power connection assumed available. 8. Manpower for cabling, device commissioning, router setup, and testing is included. Assumptions 9. BACnet/IP controllers in chillers at each site are fully functional and support static IP configuration. 10. Each remote site has stable power and internet connectivity (public IP or dynamic DNS). 11. Site access and permission to work will be granted during business hours. 12. A single subnet BACnet/IP flat network will be used over the VPN backbone. 13. Customer will provide necessary credentials for access to devices where required. Exclusions 14. No electrical works (circuit breakers, power outlets) are included unless specifically stated. 15. No civil or trenching work for LAN cabling. 16. No supply or installation of chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, or BACnet controllers 17. No cybersecurity hardening or firewall rule authoring beyond VPN setup
