Important: This gig includes 3D modeling only no rendered images are delivered. For renders, please check my separate rendering gig.

What do you deliver with this gig?
You will receive a clean and detailed 3D SketchUp model with furniture, ready for rendering. No rendered images are included.
Do you include textures and materials?
Textures are not included by default but can be added as an extra service for a more realistic model.
Can you provide rendered images?
Rendering is not included in this gig. However, I offer a separate rendering gig or extras for basic clay renders and texturing.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive the SketchUp (.skp) source file. Other formats can be requested in custom orders.
What if my project is larger than the package limit?
Please contact me before ordering. I can offer custom pricing for larger projects.
How do I provide project details?
You can send your floor plans, reference images, and specific requirements via attachments when placing the order.
