I want to buy basic/standard package but I want an illustration more than one figure
Just simply click our add-on. There is an additional $10 per figure for a half-body and & $15 for full-body upgade.
Is the delivery date really 3-5 days?
Depending on our current order volume, this is the average time we need to have your order delivered without compromising the quality. We always make sure that you're going to get your order as early as we can or on-time! But, you want it urgent, please let us know so we can sort this out for you.
Can you draw me in this style but not in yellow?
Absolutely! We can follow the skin colour based on your photo (or whatever you prefer).
Can you work with more than one photo?
Absolutely! We put no restrictions on your portrait. You can mix and match and we'll turn it into something amazing!
I have a large group of more than 5 people, can you do this?
Absolutely. We are used to do large groups but please send us a message so we can discuss if your order is considered a custom quote.
What if I am not happy with the order, can I refund?
Once the sale has been made and final artwork is submitted, we cannot do a refund. However, if you have ordered by mistake and we did not start drawing yet, you may request for cancellation of order and we can process this for you.
