Note: I provide 3D visualization only, not 2D drafting or construction drawings.

What files do you need from me?
Floor plans and elevations (PDF, DWG or image), or a 3D model (SKP, Revit, 3DS, FBX). Reference images for materials and mood help a lot.
Can you work from hand sketches?
Yes, if they have clear dimensions. Otherwise we'll discuss the sizes before starting.
Do you make 2D floor plans or working drawings?
No. I focus only on 3D modeling, rendering, walkthroughs and 360° views.
What resolution will I get?
4K by default. Up to 8K on request, which is ideal for print and hoardings.
Can I get day, dusk and night versions?
es. Each extra lighting version counts as an additional render. You can add it as an extra.
My project is large or commercial. Which package should I choose?
Packages cover residential buildings up to 2 floors. For larger, commercial or complex projects, message me with your plans and I'll send a custom offer.
Will I get the source file?
The SketchUp file is included in Premium and available as an extra in Basic and Standard.
What happens if I need changes?
Each package includes revisions for adjustments to materials, lighting, colours and camera angles. Design changes after modeling (new layout, added floors) are charged separately.
