Can you guarantee A2P approval?
No one honestly can. Carriers and The Campaign Registry decide. I make sure your brand, campaign, website and opt-in meet every rule they check, and I resubmit up to 3 times at no extra charge.
How long does it take?
My part takes 1-2 days. Carrier review usually takes 3-15 business days after submission, and numbers can take a few more days to start sending.
Are registration fees included?
No. Brand and campaign fees are charged by GoHighLevel (LC Phone) or Twilio to your own account. I tell you the exact fees before we submit.
What access do you need?
Add me as a user on your sub-account or Twilio with access to phone settings, plus your website if pages need changes. Never share your owner password.
Can I send texts while my campaign is pending?
No. US carriers block unregistered and pending 10DLC traffic. Texts start sending once the campaign is approved and your number is linked to it.
My campaign is approved, but texts still fail. Why?
Usually the number isn't linked to the campaign, carriers are filtering the content, or the messages don't match what was registered. I check all three.
I don't have an EIN. Can I still register?
Yes, as a Sole Proprietor brand. It allows 1 campaign, 1 number and lower daily limits. I'll tell you which option fits your business.
