Which voice AI platforms do you use?
GoHighLevel Voice AI, Vapi or Retell. I recommend one based on your budget, call volume and features. If you already use GoHighLevel, its built-in Voice AI is often the simplest and cheapest option.
What does it cost to run each month?
Platform fees go to your own account, roughly $0.05-$0.15 per minute plus a phone number. GoHighLevel Voice AI also has monthly plans. I'll estimate it for your call volume first.
Is it legal to answer calls with AI?
For calls customers make to you, yes, with clear AI and recording disclosure, which I build into the greeting. Outbound AI calls need prior consent, so I only set them up for leads who opted in.
Can it transfer calls to a person?
Yes. It transfers to your team for urgent calls, when the caller asks, or when the rules you set are met.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Standard plans are not. If your calls involve patient information, we use a platform plan that includes a signed BAA, which costs extra.
Does it sound natural?
Yes. I pick a natural voice, test response speed on real calls, and you approve the voice before launch.
