I have never hired a QA tester before. How does this work?
Share your website URL or app link, any login credentials, and the features you want tested. I will test your application, document every issue I find, and deliver a structured bug report with screenshots, reproduction steps, and recommendations — usually within 2-3 days depending on your package.
What if my application has very few bugs?
That is a good sign! If few issues are found, I will supplement the report with usability observations and improvement suggestions to help you strengthen the overall user experience. You always receive value regardless of bug count.
Will you fix the bugs you find?
This gig covers QA testing and bug reporting only. If you need development support to fix issues, please message me before ordering and I can point you in the right direction or discuss options.
Is my project and data kept confidential?
Yes — all project information, login credentials, and business data are treated as strictly confidential. I am happy to sign an NDA before work begins if required.
Can you test a staging or pre-production environment before launch?
Absolutely. Pre-launch testing is one of the most valuable uses of QA. Share your staging URL and I will test it as a real user would, catching issues before they reach production.
What does a 'revision' include?
A revision covers retesting a specific area or flow if you believe something was missed or if requirements were unclear. It does not cover testing new features or additional scope added after delivery.
Which package is right for my project?
Basic suits small websites and landing pages. Standard is best for web apps, SaaS platforms, or ecommerce stores needing cross-browser coverage. Premium covers complex applications, APIs, or pre-launch readiness checks. Message me with your details and I will recommend the right fit.
Do you provide updates during testing?
Yes. For Standard and Premium projects I communicate any critical issues immediately so your team can begin addressing them before the full report is delivered.
