Over the past 2+ years, I've supported 15+ ecommerce brands and projects, built or optimized 50+ Klaviyo flows, and created and managed 100+ email campaigns. The brands I work with usually don't have an email problem—they have a system problem. Their Klaviyo account may have disconnected or underperforming flows, inconsistent campaigns, weak segmentation, poor deliverability, and no clear retention strategy. Customers receive messages that aren't relevant to where they are in their journey, while valuable opportunities for repeat purchases and retention are missed. That's where I come in. I help Shopify and DTC brands build structured Klaviyo systems around the customer lifecycle. From auditing an existing account and rebuilding underperforming flows to improving segmentation, triggers, campaigns, deliverability, and automation, I combine strategy with hands-on implementation. My approach is simple: understand the customer journey, identify what's not working, prioritize the biggest opportunities, implement improvements, QA the setup, and continuously optimize based on customer behavior and performance. I believe Klaviyo is more than a platform for sending promotional emails. Sending more emails doesn't automatically create more revenue. Beautiful email design without strategy and segmentation isn't enough. And automation shouldn't be built once and forgotten. Effective retention marketing is built around customer behavior, lifecycle stages, relevance, timing, and continuous optimization. I also believe many ecommerce brands focus heavily on acquiring new customers while overlooking one of their biggest growth opportunities: retaining and increasing the value of the customers they already have.
