What is included in the price?
The price may include 3D modeling, exterior visualization, materials, lighting, environment, people/cars if needed, rendering, and revisions. The exact scope depends on the package and project complexity.
What is NOT included?
Major design changes, extra camera angles, extra buildings, full architectural design, source files, and urgent delivery are not included by default. These can be discussed as extras or a custom offer.
What do I need to provide to start?
Please send drawings, CAD/PDF files, sketches, site plan, references, material ideas, and any existing 3D model if you have one. The more information you provide, the more accurate the result will be.
Can you work with just a rough sketch?
Yes, I can work from a clear sketch or reference images. If the information is limited, I may need to make some assumptions or ask extra questions before confirming the final price.
Do you offer 3D animation or walkthroughs?
Yes, I can create short exterior animations, architectural walkthroughs, and marketing videos. The price depends on video length, number of camera shots, environment detail, and project complexity.
What if I need to make changes?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Small changes are included, such as material, lighting, or detail adjustments. Large design or scope changes may require an extra fee.
In what format will I receive the files?
Final renders are usually delivered as JPG or PNG. Videos are delivered as MP4. I can also prepare files for websites, presentations, social media, or marketing use if needed.
How long does a typical project take?
A simple exterior render may take a few days. Larger buildings, detailed environments, or animation projects take longer. Please send your materials first, and I will confirm a realistic timeline.
