Which file formats will I receive?
You will receive industry-standard neutral CAD formats, such as: STEP (.STEP) IGES (.IGS) STL (for 3D printing, if required) ⚠️ Native SolidWorks source files (.SLDPRT / .SLDASM) are not included.
Are the files compatible with my Software?
Yes. STEP and IGES files are fully compatible with most CAD software and are commonly used for manufacturing and collaboration.
What software do you use?
I model all parts and assemblies using SolidWorks or Fusion 360, following good CAD and manufacturing practices.
Can you design for manufacturing or 3D printing?
Yes. I create models suitable for: CNC machining Injection molding (basic DFM considerations) 3D printing (FDM /SLA) Please let me know the manufacturing method in advance.
What do you need from me to start?
Any of the following: Sketches or hand drawings Technical drawings Reference images Dimensions and tolerances Description of function or use case The clearer the input, the better the result.
Can you sign an NDA?
