I worked with Virtual Hospital Foundation, a healthcare organization with a physical medical facility, to strengthen its social media presence and build a more engaged online community. The primary goal was to grow the page, increase engagement, build trust with the audience, and create opportunities for lead generation. One of the key challenges was communicating the value of the healthcare facility without making the audience feel like we were encouraging them to think about illness. I developed content around wellness, prevention, health education, and relatable everyday health experiences to make the brand more approachable while positioning it as a healthcare resource people could trust. I developed a content strategy and calendar to maintain consistency and ensure that every piece of content had a clear purpose. I designed social media graphics, created educational and relatable content, and collaborated with another content creator to produce original content featuring the facility and its staff. I also focused on creating content that encouraged conversations and engagement rather than simply promoting services.
