Started as a Permitting Analyst managing technical documentation, KPI tracking dashboards, regulatory permits, and AutoCAD layouts for fiber optic infrastructure projects. In this role, I designed dynamic Excel tracking tools to monitor approval statuses in real time and ensured all technical files, spatial data, and regulatory submittals were meticulously formatted and compliant. Was promoted to Contract Administrator to lead commercial office fit-out and remodeling projects. Oversee contract execution, vendor negotiations, and contractor management across civil, structural, and architecture/interior construction scopes. Responsible for managing project budgets, schedule dependencies, payment valuations, and cross-functional communication between site teams, executive stakeholders, and external contractors.
