Can you help me if my property is not listed yet?
Yes! I can create your listing from scratch using your property details and photos. If you already have a listing, I can improve its presentation and settings based on your goals and the package selected.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic to create or optimize one listing on Airbnb or Booking.com. Standard covers both platforms and adds photo enhancement, pricing strategy, automation and a digital guest guide. How does remote cohosting work?
I manage the online side of hosting: guest communication, reservations, calendars and pricing. I can also coordinate with your local cleaning and maintenance contacts. Premium covers a 30-day period, including setup, with up to 10 hours of ongoing management in addition to setup.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your listing links, if available, property details, photos, amenities, house rules and check-in instructions. I'll also ask about your goals and current tools. For setup or management tasks, you can grant me authorized access to the relevant platforms.
Can you improve the photos I already have?
Yes! Standard and Premium include natural enhancement of up to 10 existing photos. I adjust lighting, colors, cropping and perspective to make your property more appealing while keeping its appearance accurate.
Do I need paid software for pricing and automation?
It depends on your current setup and the features you need. Some functions are available directly through the booking platforms; others may require a paid tool. We will agree on any tools before starting. Software subscriptions are paid separately by you.
