Over the past 8 months, I worked closely with Dollnita as her dedicated GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant, supporting her CRM optimization, marketing automation, and system performance improvements. My role focused on three core areas: 1. SEO Performance Optimization I worked on improving on-page SEO performance within funnels and landing pages by: -Optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, and URL structures -Improving keyword placement within page copy -Structuring headings (H1–H3) properly for search visibility -Enhancing page speed through asset optimization -Ensuring mobile responsiveness and clean formatting This helped improve discoverability, user engagement, and overall funnel performance. 2. Funnel Creation & Conversion Structure I designed and optimized multiple funnels inside GoHighLevel, including: Lead generation funnels Consultant booking funnels Webinar registration funnels Automated follow-up sequences Each funnel included: Landing page design and layout structure Integrated forms and calendar booking CRM pipeline setup Automation workflows (e mail + SMS triggers) Testing and performance adjustments The focus was always on clean user flow, strong call-to-action placement, and seamless automation. 3.
