At the GM plant in Saint Petersburg, I was responsible for manufacturing projects implementation: plan and control projects, ensure projects' deadline and budget are met, manage contractors, manage changes, ensure quality and safety standards are met, solve technical and commercial problems. Examples of team projects I took part in: launch of new Opel Astra and Chevrolet Cruze in Body Shop, Body Shop capacity increase, launch of new Chevrolet Tahoe and Cadillac Escalade in General Assembly.
