Andreas Zacharakis is a Machine Learning Engineer working on Automated Machine Learning (Au-
toML) systems for security related use-cases. He took his Bachelor’s degree from the Computer
Science department at the University of Crete where he also received a scholarship to work as a
researcher in the Brain Network Analysis & Modeling lab at the Foundation for Research and Tech-
nology - Hellas (FORTH). His research was mostly on machine-learning, and information theory in
analyzing functional networks of the brain.
