I worked as the Lead Video Editor at Edit Master, a private-based company in my country, for more than three years. The vision was not there. Took multiple revisions, and I ended up sending a reference video from another editor to get the concept across. didn't understand the vision end essentially I had to do all of the editing couldn't work with the insta360. I ended up spending a lot of time on getting him the exact footage and they just ended up inserting the footage where I wanted them and even that they had it wrong several times
