I worked as the Lead Video Editor at Edit Master, a private-based company in my country, for more than three years. During my time there, I had the opportunity to lead a talented team of video editors, managing the entire editing process from concept to final cut. I was responsible for maintaining the quality and creativity of every project, ensuring that each video exceeded client expectations. As the leader, I played an integral role in shaping the editorial direction, developing storyboards, and overseeing the editing process, including color grading, sound design, and visual effects. Throughout those years, I worked on a wide range of projects, from corporate videos to more creative, high-end productions. My ability to collaborate closely with clients was key in translating their vision into compelling video content. Over time, I became highly proficient in the latest video editing software, fine-tuning my skills in areas like motion graphics, compositing, and video storytelling. The experience helped me build not only technical expertise but also leadership skills, managing both the creative and logistical aspects of video production. My tenure at Edit Master was a transformative time that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.
