I don’t think for me practically added to my life. Only that for like 5-10 minutes I felt an ease but otherwise no, in daily life. That ease can be felt differently too, not only by healing…. So for me wasn’t what I expected.

These attunements are really great! And so Important too.. At first I was concerned that the breathing practice would take too much time, but it's only about 10 minutes a day for the first two weeks : ) And Anderson is nice to talk with!
