Sobre este Serviço
Need help with DNS records or email authentication errors?
I am an Operations Engineer working in second-line systems support. I configure and troubleshoot domain DNS, web hosting and business email.
Choose the package that matches your needs:
BASIC: Fix up to 3 DNS records for 1 domain, including lookup checks and a summary of changes.
STANDARD: Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC for 1 domain and 1 email provider, with authentication testing.
PREMIUM: Configure email DNS for 1 domain and up to 3 sending services, with header checks and a findings report.
I review existing records and authorised senders before making changes. DMARC policy changes are agreed with you to avoid blocking legitimate email.
You must own or be authorised to manage the domain. DNS access is required; DKIM may also require email provider or server access.
DNS propagation and provider processing times vary. Inbox placement, blacklist removal, mailbox migration and full mail-server deployment are not included. Revisions cover the agreed scope.
Message me before ordering so I can confirm compatibility, access requirements and the right package.

Perguntas frequentes
1. What do you need before starting?
Please provide your domain name, DNS hosting provider, email provider and a description of the issue. For email authentication, list every service that sends email using your domain. Access requirements will be agreed before work starts; delegated access is preferred where available.
2. Can you guarantee my emails will reach the inbox?
No. SPF, DKIM and DMARC help authenticate email, but inbox placement also depends on sender reputation, message content and recipient filtering. I will test the agreed configuration and explain any remaining issues.
3. How long do DNS changes take to appear?
Some changes appear within minutes, while cached records can remain until their previous TTL expires. Provider processing may add time. Delivery includes configuration and testing, but I cannot control external DNS caches or provider delays.
4. Does this include email migration or a new mail server?
No. This Gig covers the DNS and email authentication work described in your package. Mailbox migration, full mail-server deployment, ongoing monitoring and blacklist removal are outside the included scope.
5. Will you change my DMARC policy to reject?
Not automatically. I first review your authorised sending services and available authentication results. Any DMARC policy change is agreed with you. Moving to quarantine or reject may require monitoring and follow-up work beyond the initial setup.
